How To Dress Up A Classic Moscow Mule Recipe For The Holidays

I tasted my first Moscow Mules a couple months back when my hubby made me my first one. I know what you’re thinking, ‘girl and what took you so long?’.  Ive been left wondering that myself because ever since then I’ve been hooked! Its seriously so good and refreshing and has just that bit of kick from the ginger. Because it is not incredibly difficult to make, I decided to make it the go-to signature cocktail for the holiday parties we’ll be hosting this year. By just adding a few simple details you can dress up a classic Moscow Mule recipe and make it just a bit more Merry for the holidays!

Of course, a classic Moscow Mule should be served in a classic Moscow Mule mug but by simply adding in some fresh blueberries, a couple of pine sprigs that have been thoroughly rinsed and served on a wooden serving board you can instantly jazz it up and make the classic Mule more festive. Its all in the details, isn’t it? Ive included a recipe for the perfect classic Moscow Mule recipe below as well as a shopping guide for the items in this post. Cheers!

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 5 oz Ginger Beer
  • Blueberries for garnish

You could also muddle the blueberries and add them to the recipe. I made a classic mule because its the one drink that I prefer in its original form. What about you? Any favorite drinks for the holidays you’d like to share? I’d love to hear from you!
